A native Irishman, John has been a photographer since the 1990s, spending over 12 years on the road with bands all over the world and a further 12 years as an advertising and product photographer in Chicago, USA. His subjects also include many figures from the world of entertainment and his work has appeared in magazines the world over.

 

He relishes a challenge and is very detail oriented, quality being his stock in trade. He eschews fads and trends, preferring instead to let the image do the talking. His style is a mix of time honoured traditional image making and modern techniques.
